PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt length adjustment mechanism of a head-mounted device which facilitates operation of the belt length adjustment even when the head-mounted device is mounted on the head, and also facilitates the correct belt length adjustment and the fine belt length adjustment.SOLUTION: In the belt length adjustment mechanism, an operation member 5 which can draw in a belt 2 to an exterior member 3 and draw out the belt 2 from the exterior member 3 is installed by mounting the exterior member 3 to the belt 2 and winding and unwinding a wire 4 to/from the exterior member 3 to adjust the length of the wire 4.
