<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for preventing erroneous correction of density of a color sensor after fixing due to fluttering of paper. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device has a color sensor for detecting the color of output images after fixing, a sensor for detecting a state of the paper, and a means for correcting image data. The image forming device corrects the output of the color sensor by the output of the sensor for detecting the state of the paper, and corrects the image data by the correction output. The image forming device has the color sensor for detecting the color of the output images after fixing, the sensor for detecting the state of the paper, and the means for correcting the image data.
