PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation mechanism integrated power generation device providing small loss even in the case that flow rate and pressure vary significantly and to generate power in an unintentional action of a human being in his daily life by using the rotation mechanism integrated power generation device. SOLUTION: A rotor 12 is provided in a casing 11 in an eccentric state, fluid flowing in from an inlet port 15 and fluid flowing out from a discharge port 16 are separated by a vane provided at the rotor 12 and the rotor is rotated by providing pressure difference between the intake port side and the discharge port side to the vane. A turbine for converting fluid energy to rotational energy and a generator for converting the rotational energy to electric energy are integrated by providing this vane with a magnet and providing the casing 11 with a coil and a ferrite.
