The utility model relates to metrology and can be used in interests of systems of communication, navigation, traffic control, etc. Method for frequency-time synchronization of separated in space standards and references of time and frequency according to which one performs simultaneous within spatial-time shift measurements of values of shift in time for instants of reception of same fragment of signal with respect to reference marks of scales in points differing with fact that then one calculates values of main parameters of respective movement in points, in particular rate of movement, with change of values of same parameters of standards in points to side of decrease of differences of those values up to zero ones, at that the signal used is radiated by telecommunication geo-stationary satellite, and transformation of frequencies at reception is performed in coherent way with respect to scales of frequency of standards. |
