PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure for an opening-closing body of an automobile for correctly contacting mutual contact surfaces, even if these is positional dislocation of a stopper and a stopper receiver. SOLUTION: This stopper structure is provided for holding a back door openably-closably installed in an opening part of the automobile in a closing position, and includes stopper rubber 11 installed on the vehicle body side by one first fixing bolt and the stopper receiver 12 installed on the back door side by a second fixing bolt parallel to the first fixing bolt so as to be opposed to the stopper when closing the back door. The contact surface 12a opposed to the stopper rubber of the stopper receiver is formed of a convex first secondary curved surface parallel to the axis of the second fixing bolt, and the contact surface 11a opposed to the stopper receiver of the stopper rubber is formed of a concave second secondary surface corresponding to the first curved surface of the stopper receiver.
