PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a transfer sheet capable of transferring a transfer layer to both of a woody material such as MDF board and resin impregnated paper constituting the edge part thereof with good adhesiveness and capable of manufacturing a decorative sheet having high design properties. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the transfer sheet for a woody base board comprises pasting a resin impregnated paper, which is formed by laminating a transfer layer 8 containing at least a peel layer 3, a decorative layer 5 and an adhesive layer 7 on a base material 2, wherein the adhesive layer is formed by applying an ink composition prepared by dissolving a polyamide resin in a solvent based on methylcyclohexane and a 1-4C alcohol and containing no aromatic compound.
