PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous mobile body which effectively operates an interphone function when a user needs a guide, in an emergency and when required, by preventing an erroneous report. SOLUTION: This autonomous mobile body 20 is provided with: an interphone 300 having a voice input means 302, a voice output means 304 and an operation instruction portion 306 on which the user can push; a condition table storing portion 220 for storing a condition table associating propriety of a notification to a monitoring center connected to the autonomous mobile body 20 by a network with a prescribed condition of a patrol of the autonomous mobile body 20; a control means 208 for determining whether the notification is performed based on the propriety of the notification corresponding to the prescribed condition when a call is received from the user by the pushing of the operation instruction portion 306 of the interphone 300; and a communication portion 200 notifying a monitoring center of the call from the interphone 300 when the notification is determined by the control means 208.
