PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in power consumption according to demand response for a space in which a constant-temperature facility and an air-conditioning facility coexist.SOLUTION: A power control apparatus 2 comprises a control unit 21 for controlling a power load 3 that includes an air-conditioning facility 31 for controlling a predetermined space's temperature on the basis of a demand response period, from the side of a network for supplying system power, for instructing a period in which a user facility's power demand is reduced by a predetermined amount, and a constant-temperature facility 32 disposed in the predetermined space, and consumes the system power. The control unit determines an in-demand response period air-conditioning operation time so as to maximize the power load's load power consumption reduction amount in the demand response period; determines an in-demand time interval air-conditioning operation time by distributing the in-demand response period air-conditioning operation time to respective demand time intervals in the demand response period; and controls the air-conditioning facility on the basis of the in-demand time interval air-conditioning operation time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
