A redundancy control device of a high voltage direct current transmission system according to the present invention includes a first system and a second system having a function corresponding to the first system; and a first COL and a second COL which determine whether the first system and the second system are switched. The redundancy control device includes a monitoring part which is connected between the first system and the first COL, between the first COL and the second COL, between the second system and the second COL through an optical communication module and transmits/receives data. The first COL and the second COL check the connection of the optical communication module or the wiring state and the effectiveness of transmission data. So, the reliability of data can be improved. |
