PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform multi-viewpoint video coding efficiently while suppressing the information amount.SOLUTION: A video image encoder includes a first prediction coding section performing first prediction coding in a reference image while shifting a predetermined region from the reference image for each frame, a region setting section for setting a second region corresponding to the first region, where the first prediction coding is performed for the reference image, out of the non-reference images, based on the aberration of the reference image and non-reference image, for each frame, and a second prediction coding section performing second prediction coding of the reference image with reference to the first region, for the second region set by the region setting section, out of the non-reference images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
