PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device which has a structure where a plurality of terminals are attached to a control circuit board as one group and which achieves formation of suitable solder fillets when solder connecting connection parts to the plurality of terminals.SOLUTION: In a circuit device S having a control circuit board to which a plurality of terminals 21 are attached as one group, each terminal 21 has a board connection part 21A for connecting each terminal with an electronic circuit 11. The board connection part 21A has a board contact surface 21a which faces the control circuit board 1 and an opposite side surface 21b which defines the side in the opposite direction of an arrangement direction of the control circuit board 1, and the board connection part 21A has a drain hole 121 which penetrates from the board contact surface 21a to the opposite side surface 21b. The drain hole 121 is bored so as to have an opening space large on the board contact surface 21a side than on the opposite side surface 21b. The board connection part 21A and the electronic circuit 11 are solder bonded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
