PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, a program and an imaging device that can perform color mixture correction with high precision.SOLUTION: A color mixture information storage unit 32 stores color mixture information indicating a color mixing state from neighboring pixels of a color mixture correction target pixel to the color mixture correction target pixel, for example, a color mixture correction rate corresponding to the rate of color mixing to the color mixture correction target pixel. The color mixture information is generated from an ideal signal of a learning area containing a color mixture correction target pixel and an imaging signal by using the ideal signal in which color mixture generated according to a predetermined color mixture measuring chart does not occur, and the imaging signal when the predetermined color mixture measuring chart is imaged. A color mixture correction unit 31 acquires, from the color mixture information storage unit 32, color information corresponding to the color and position of the color mixture correction target pixel, and an imaging setting state, for example, the focal length or the diaphragm value, and performs color mixture correction on the color mixture correction target pixel by using the acquired color mixture information and the neighboring pixels.
