PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of easily allocating an appropriate control device to a switch when a network is constructed.SOLUTION: A control device 10 is communicatively connected with switches and other control devices via a communication network. The control device 10 comprises: an output unit 11 for outputting an instruction to establish control communication with the control device to a switch not controlled by the other control devices; an acquisition unit 12 for acquiring prescribed information obtained from the switch via the control communication; and a selection unit 13 for selecting a control device to let it control the switch from the other control devices using prescribed information. The output unit 11 outputs an instruction to change the connection destination of the control communication from the control device 10 to the selected control device to the switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
