PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a management object system so as to easily perform system debugging when maintaining the management object system by detecting an error stop factor in the management object system.SOLUTION: A system management device 1 includes: a watchdog unit 11, with a timer which sets a count value to be an initial value when initialization information from a management object system 2 is input and keep counting at prescribed intervals when input is not conducted, which outputs threshold arrival information when the count value reaches a threshold and instructs a system reset; a survival flag request transmission part 12 which requests the management object system 2 to output a survival flag during a period from the output of the threshold arrival information until an output of reset instruction information when the threshold arrival information is output; a survival flag reception part 13 which receives the survival flag output from the management object system 2; and a survival flag retention part 14 which retains survival flag information showing whether the survival flag is received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
