PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving evaluation device and a driving evaluation system capable of more effectively improving the driving style of a provision object person.SOLUTION: A lending object person database 131a is configured to record an individual management number applied to a drive recorder 2 which records the travel information of an automobile 1000 in association with an insurance policy number for identifying a lending object person to whom the drive recorder 2 is lent. A recorder management part 111 is configured to manage the lending object person database 131a.
