摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode illumination device that is capable of achieving both of an improvement of a light emission efficiency and a reduction in cost.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode illumination device 1 includes a substrate 4 on which a plurality of light-emitting diodes 3 are annularly arranged in a circumferential direction with required intervals therebetween; a lighting device that lights up the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3 on the substrate 4; a fixture body on which the substrate 4 and the lighting device are fixed; and an annular lens 2 that is provided in a concentric manner with respect to the annular arrangement of the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3 and is fixed on the fixture body so as to integrally cover the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3. Radiation light from the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3 is partially emitted from an inner periphery 2c1 side of the annular lens 2 toward a center. The radiation light from the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3 is partially emitted from the inner periphery 2c1 side of the annular lens 2 toward the center, so the annular lens 2 emits light in almost its entirety and it is possible to reduce glare.
