PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device having a high efficiency of cooling or heating a power storage element.SOLUTION: A power storage device includes a power storage element 1 and an adjacent member adjacent to the power storage element 1. The power storage element 1 includes a case main body 100 which houses an electrode body D and has a barrel portion 100b opened at at least one end portion in a first direction, and a lid body 101 for closing the opening. The barrel portion 100b includes a thick portion 100e formed at at least one of the one end portion and the other end portion of the barrel portion 100b in the first direction, and a thin portion 100f that is thinner than the thick portion 100e. The adjacent member has a pair of seal portions 21A which are arranged side by side to be spaced from each other, and each of the pair of seal portions 21A is in close contact with the thin portion 100f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
