PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag that allows a position which is desired to be broken to be easily, quickly and surely broken to be opened, and a package that stores an article using the packaging bag.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 comprises a trunk part 3 and a top part 4 which covers a top surface of the trunk part 3 and can store an article. The top part 4 includes an easy-to break part formed of materials which are easier to break than the trunk part 3. The easy-to break part is provided with a break starting part 7 which becomes a starting point to break the easy-to break part for opening the packaging bag 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
