PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system using a printer having a thermal head capable of achieving improvement of printing quality and improvement of power saving.SOLUTION: A processing circuit 16 receives person detection information, charging detection information, and selection processing detection information received from a human sensing sensor, a charging machine and a monitor, then recognizes change from a status ST0 in an initial state toward statuses ST1-ST3 in an intermediate state. Then the processing circuit 16 heats and controls a thermal transfer printer 15 so that preheat processing in unit energization times E1-E3 corresponding to the recognized statuses ST1-ST3, is performed to a thermal head. A printing execution probability in the statuses ST1-ST3 is higher in the order of ST1, ST2, ST3, and the unit energization times E1-E3 are set to become higher in the order of E1, E2, E3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
