PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the user's manner of a portable telephone set and also eliminate a risk such that an unnecessary voice is amplified. SOLUTION: A detection circuit part 33 compares data that is stored in a first holding part 31 and is from an A/D converting part 22 with an initial prescribed value stored in a second holding part 32 and outputs the results to a controlling part 5. When a numerical value stored in the first holding part is larger or smaller than a numerical value stored in the second holding part, the controlling part 5 makes a warning sound generating part 7 or a telephone body vibrating part 6 operate.
