SOLUTION: The top end vicinity portion of the shield cable 1 and the rear portion of the shield shell 5 are housed in the rear housing opening 21 formed at the rear of the main housing 1 and a sub-housing 4 is housed in the front portion of the housing body 11. The sub-housing 4 comprises a terminal housing 31 and the rear portion of the terminal housing 31 has an opening, and a locking lance 37 for locking the connection terminal 2 is provided at the rear portion of the terminal housing 31. The front portion of the shield shell 5 constitutes a shell main body 41 which surrounds the sub-housing 4 and engages with the inner cylindrical portion 21 of the main housing 3. And the rear portion of the shell main body 41 connects with the net wiring layer 1c of the shield cable 1 via the conductive member 6.
