PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute weighting measuring device capable of executing simply measurement of the weight (static weighting) of a minute material or measurement of the weighting (dynamic weighting) by a cantilever. SOLUTION: By using this minute weighting detector 10 composed of a load acceptance part for accepting the weighting, a minute beam part having one end connected to the weighting acceptance part, and a support part for supporting the minute beam part at the other end of the minute beam part, a resistance change of a piezo resister mounted on the minute beam part is acquired s a deflection quantity of the minute beam part, and the magnitude of the load is known from the acquired resistance change (electric signal) and a corresponding relation table prepared beforehand, for showing the correspondence between the deflection quantity and the magnitude of the weighting.
