PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a manual work such as purge following lorry shipping of LNG, reduce load of a worker, and improve facility availability. SOLUTION: In a substitution operation with substitution gas performed in the lorry shipping of LNG, remotely operable regulating valves 10a, etc., and shut-off valves 11a, etc., are provided in an LNG loading line 8a and a boil off-gas line 8b of respective lorry shipping devices 7a, etc., and the lines are connected to pipes having remotely operable substitution-gas supply valves 12a, 13a, etc.,.and drain valves 14a, etc., and 15a for supplying and removing the substitution gas. Additionally, the substitution gas is supplied to a system partitioned with the regulating valves and shut-off valves of respective lines or a bottom valve of a lorry car, and then the substitution operation in which the drain valves regulating valves, or shut-off valves are opened to release gas or LNG in a loading arm, hoses 9a, etc., and pipes is automatically performed by an opening/closing operation of each of the valves based on a preset program.
