SOLUTION: The information receiving recording, and reproducing device is characterized in that the recording and reproducing device is provided with an output changeover section 111 that selects whether a signal is outputted from a recording disk medium section 105 or a selected signal is outputted not via the recording disk medium section 105, a scene change detection section 103 that detects a part for the selection, and a switching control section 108 that outputs the selected signal not via the recording disk medium section 105 when an instruction of revising the selection of the signal to be outputted is received and switches the output of the selected signal recorded in the recording disk medium section 105 on the basis of the detection result of the scene change detection section 103 as its control.
