PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door hinge mounting device for a vehicle capable of easily and suitably carrying out the mounting work of a door hinge to a vehicle body even when an error of an assembling dimension is caused in the vehicle body. SOLUTION: The door hinge mounting device A for the vehicle is provided with a door hinge fixture 3 for removably supporting the door hinge 4 mounted to the vehicle body 90; and a support unit U supporting the door hinge fixture 3 and reciprocatable in a vehicle width direction W directed from the side of the vehicle body 90 to the vehicle body 90. The support unit U is provided with a plurality of slide mechanisms Sm1, Sm2 capable of parallel-moving the door hinge fixture 3 in a vehicle height direction H and a vehicle longitudinal direction L.
