PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a resin composition for bonding a laminated sheet, excellent in adhesiveness and durability after hardening reaction accompanying crosslinking and preferably excellent in weather resistance; and a solar cell protective sheet and solar cell module each obtained by using the resin composition for bonding a lamination sheet.SOLUTION: The resin composition for bonding a laminated sheet includes a copolymer (A), a copolymer (B) and a crosslinking agent (C). The copolymer (A) is formed by co-polymerizing a α,&bgr;-unsaturated compound and has a glass transition point (Tg) of -40°C or more and 10°C or less. The copolymer (B) is formed by co-polymerizing a α,&bgr;-unsaturated compound and has a glass transition point (Tg) of 10°C or more and less than 110°C. The copolymer (A) has one or more kinds of functional groups selected from a group consisting of a carboxyl group, an amide group, a carbonyl group and an N-alkoxyl group. The copolymer (B) is a α,&bgr;-unsaturated compound having active hydrogen. The crosslinking agent (C) is a co-polymerizable α,&bgr;-unsaturated compound different from (A) and (B). |
