PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual power supply load drive system and a fuel cell vehicle, capable of controlling output voltage of a first power supply device when regenerative electric power is charged to a second power supply device that can be charged and discharged, during regeneration of a load.SOLUTION: An ECU 24, during regeneration, controls an FCVCU (step-up/step-down converter) 21 to be in a direct-coupled state, and a BATVCU (step-up/step-down converter) 22 to be in a switching state (step-down state) when FC (fuel cell) generation voltage Vfc of an FC (fuel cell) 40 exceeds battery voltage Vb of a BAT (high voltage battery) 20 that can be charged and discharged (Vfc>Vb), so that an amount of charge from the FC 40 to the BAT 20 during regeneration can be effectively suppressed, and accordingly, extra regenerative electric power can be charged to the BAT 20. |
