PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device, sealing airtightly by a sealing substrate an organic EL element arranged on one main face of the element substrate and penetrating an electrode terminal of the organic EL element through the element substrate, thereby taking it out stably and surely to the other main face side. SOLUTION: A first electrode 12 having light reflection property is formed on the element substrate 11 having non-moisture permeability, and a first through hole 13 which penetrates the first electrode 12 and the element substrate 11 is formed in its one edge region. Then, a second through hole 15 which penetrates a connection pad 14 made of a conductive material and the element substrate 11 is formed in the other edge region. A first electrode take-out terminal 16 and a second electrode take-out terminal 17 are respectively inserted and installed in the first through hole 13 and the second through hole 15. Herein, the connection pad 14 is electrically connected to a second electrode 21, and the organic EL element 22 including an organic EL layer 20 is interposed by these first electrode 11 and second electrode 21.
