A correction quantity holding part 16 updates and stores the correction quantity to be output from the correction quantity generation part 15. When the external signal 2 is turned off, the switches 17a and 17b are switched, and the correction quantity of the correction quantity holding part 16 is corrected. Even when the switches 17a and 17b are switched, the rapid change of the correction quantity is prevented, and any shock is not given to machinery. In the case of positioning, the external signal is turned on, and correction is performed by the correction quantity from the correction quantity generation part 15 so that positioning can be accurately achieved. In the case of improving the quality of a working surface, the external signal is turned off for preventing the change of the correction quantity, so that it is possible to increase the quality of the working surface.
