PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for injecting air by connecting to a widely-used elastic tube.

SOLUTION: The elastic tube is composed by putting a buoyant material 1 into an elastic tube of a ring buoy. An air inlet of the elastic tube is composed of a female-chuck metal fitting 2 formed by uniting a female-screw metal fitting with a female-chuck metal fitting. It is also composed so as to be a screw type female metal fitting without fixing the base of the air inlet of the elastic tube. A high-pressure gas pedestal is made into a female chuck type and the high-pressure gas cylinder is made usable for a male chuck. The tip of the conduit coming out from the pedestal is a male-chuck type instrument.
