<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic apparatus in which color correction is appropriately performed by a white balance control circuit in accordance with the color temperature of photography assistance light when an LED is used as the light emission source of the photography assistance light. <P>SOLUTION: Within a memory 1103, a table is arranged in which the correspondent relation between the light emission quantity of photography assistance light to be emitted from an LED 114 and its color temperature is recorded. A system control circuit 110 calculates the light emission quantity of photography assistance light before photography, reads a color temperature corresponding to the quantity of light to be emitted from the table within the memory 1103, sets gains respectively in accordance with the color temperatures read from the table to color amplifiers of a white balance control section within the system control circuit 110, and controls the white balance of an image signal. Thus, even when there is a change in the color temperature of the photography assistance light accompanied with a change in the quantity of light to be emitted, color correction is appropriately performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
