<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plate which can effectively inhibit fall in accuracy of a printing pattern caused by deformation of a screen for supporting. <P>SOLUTION: With the screen plate 1, in the screen 4 for supporting, a screen deformation specification unit 7 is formed in a domain to which arms 5a and 5a and arms 6a and 6a which meet in the printing direction in a first stationary unit 5 and a second stationary unit 6 counter. The contraction of the screen 4 for supporting accompanying an elongation of a printing screen 3 to a direction which crosses in the printing direction is inhibited. On the other hand, the screen deformation specification unit 7 does not form in the domain to which arms 5b and 5b and arms 6b and 6b which cross in the printing direction in the first stationary unit 5 and the second stationary unit 6 counter. Thereby, the contraction of the printing screen 3 accompanying the elongation of the screen 4 for supporting to the direction which crosses in the printing direction is inhibited by the tension of the pulling direction by the screen 4 for supporting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
