A jig for coating a side mirror casing is provided to allow simple and rapid attachment and detachment of a casing without any modification of an existing side mirror casing, and to realize more firm support of a casing. A jig is for mounting and coating a side mirror casing(20) that comprises an opened inner space in which a reflection mirror is installed, a plurality of protrusions(24) protruding out from the inner wall surface for mounting the mirror and supports, a jaw(26) formed on the inner side along one side of the opening, and an inclined surface(27) formed in opposite to the jaw and having a smaller distance from the jaw toward the outer side. The jig comprises: a binding holder to be bound to a conveyor moving along a coating booth; a plurality of supporting rods(120) extending from the binding holder; and an adaptor provided on the supporting rods and coupled detachably to the casing. The adaptor includes a pressurizing fixing portion(131) at one side and a tapered fixing surface at the other side. The fixing portion and the fixing surface is in close contact with the jaw and the inclined surface, respectively, under pressure according to the positions between the jaw of the casing and the inclined surface aside of the protrusions, so that the casing is fixed. |
