In a laminate (10) for battery packages manufactured by stacking the Al foil and a resin layer, a base layer (11), an Al foil (12), a metal-thermal-bonding resin layer (16), a multilayered sealant film (17) with a stacked polyolefin resin layer (13) are successively stacked. A corrosion-resisting coating layer (14) is formed on a side touching the multilayered sealant film (17) of at least the Al foil (12). On the corrosion-resisting coating layer (14), the metal-thermal-bonding resin layer (16) is interposed, thereby implementing the bonding of the multilayered sealant film (17). The heat of fusion of the metal-thermal-bonding resin layer (16) is 25mJ/mg or less.
