<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, in which an intended retrieval result can be rapidly acquired without being aware of variation in description by responders. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a knowledge information accumulation part 31 which acquires knowledge information referred to by a responder in responding to a customer; a case information accumulation part 32 which accumulates case information including a response content by the responder in association with the knowledge information referred to thereby in responding to the customer; a retrieval character string receiving part 21 which receives input of a retrieval character string; a knowledge information acquisition part 22 which retrieves the knowledge information accumulated by the accumulation part 31 to acquire corresponding knowledge information; and a case information acquisition part 25 which acquires case information corresponding to the knowledge information acquired by the knowledge information acquisition part 22 from the case information accumulated by the case information accumulation part 32 based on association. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
