<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portal site system that enables a visitor for package delivery to carry out the purpose of visiting without letting third parties know the absence of a communal building user. <P>SOLUTION: The portal site system comprises a host computer 4 for managing available information as a center device of an information network 3 in a communal building 2 of a plurality of building users, a server 5 having an individual information storage area 6 for each building user, a plurality of individual information terminals 8 capable of inputting/displaying registrations of and updates to available information, a visitor information terminal 10 installed in a communal entrance 9A of the building on which a building visitor reports the visit to the destination and receives permission to enter from the building user, and an unlocking means 12 for unlocking a door at the communal entrance at an unlocking command from the individual information terminal of the destination building user when the visitor receives permission to enter.
