<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate failure due to the corresponding relation between the functional expansion application installed in an image processing device main body and an operation program contained in an information processing terminal for operating the application. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the image processing device having an image processing unit A and information processing unit B. In the device, the image processing unit A includes: an image reading device 8; and SDK application to expand and control the function of the image processing device. The information processing unit B includes: an operating panel P for switching the operation for basic and SDK applications; and an MFP service to transmit a command signal so that the image reading device 8 is controlled for the SDK application in response to the operation to the operating panel P. The correspondence between the MFP service and SDK application is confirmed when starting the image processing device.
