Method for determination of rate of induced peroxide oxidation of lipids on basis of rate of collection of products of oxidation in reaction mix. Fresh 10 % homogenates of tissues with content of albumen 2-4 mg one brings in to reaction mix that consists of 0.1 V tris-chloride buffer (pH 7.4), 0.0008 M of ascorbic acid and 0.0000012 M of Moor salt, with shaking and incubation at 37 °C, and in 3,10,20,30,40,60 minutyes of exposition one performs selection of aliquots of reaction mix where concentration of diene conjugates is measured. |
