The system on chip according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a CPU which sets prefetch direction and information on memory management unit allocation; a master intellectual property which processes at least one working set; at least one memory management unit which is allocated to each working set and translates virtual addresses of the working sets into physical addresses; an address dispenser which saves the information on the memory management unit allocation and allocates the memory management units which will carry out translating based on the information; and a memory device which saves the information on the physical addresses of data and the data. The memory management units pre-fetch a page table entry from the page table based on the prefetch direction.</p>
