发明名称 INFORMATIVE-EXCESS FIBER-OPTICAL PRESSURE SENSOR AND DEVICE FOR ITS CONNECTION
摘要 Informative-excess fiber-optical pressure sensor has frame central part of the end of which is reflection surface, first and second fittings, first and second membranes with reflecting inner surfaces. The first and the second membranes, like the first and the second fittings, are rigidly connected to frame to which body is attached, In the body functional holder if placed. Pressure sensor has three optical channels arranged as three fiber light guides. The last ones are at one side fixed in functional holder and at the other one – in split light guide connector of socket type. The ends of the fiber light guides of the first, second and third optical channels are placed in front of reflecting surfaces, first and second membranes and frame. From prototype pressure sensor differs by fact that there additionally are included pad with normalized by value thickness, third membrane, tip and bushing. The pad is pressed between the frame and functional holder. Third membrane is rigidly fixed in the second fitting on normalized by value distance from the second membrane. At that pressure in cavity between the second and the third membranes is equal by value to pressure in the cavity between the frame and functional holder. In the tip fixed in the body technological openings are provided, through those it is filled with tightening agent. Grade of tightening agent is chosen from condition that its temperature coefficient of linear expansion is equal to temperature coefficient of linear expansion of material of fiber light guides. Fiber light guides of three optical channels that go through the tip and bushing screwed to it are combined to fiber-optical cable. Device for connection of information-excess fiber-optical pressure sensor includes fiber optical cable and block for signal processing. The last one consists of: source and receiver of optical radiation, first transformer “voltage-code”, liquid-crystal display, random access memory, re-programmable permanent memory device and processor. Data bus, address bus and processor control bus are connected to data bases, address bases and control bases of random access and permanent memory devices, respectively. Outputs of the first parallel port of the processor are connected to information inputs of liquid-crystal display and inputs of the second parallel port – to information outputs of the first transformer “voltage – code”. Input and output of control of the first transformer “voltage-code” are connected to outputs of first programmed flags of the processor. Analog input of the first transformer “voltage-code” is connected to output of the receiver of optical radiation input of which, like output of the source of optical radiation, is connected to fiber-optical pressure sensor through fiber-optical cable. From the prototype the device differs by fact that there additionally are included three-input light guide switch, second transformer “voltage-code”, transformer “code-current”, temperature sensor and light guide splitter. Three inputs of the light guide splitter by means of fiber light guides are connected to output of the source of optical radiation, three input-outputs are connected to fiber-optical cable, three outputs through light guide switch are connected to output of receiver of optical radiation. Inputs of control of light guide switch are connected to outputs of other programmed flags of the processor. Outputs of serial port of the processor are connected to information inputs of transformer “code-current”. Input of control of transformer “code-current” is connected to output of the third programmed flag of the processor, and analog output – to current code of temperature sensor. The last one is connected to the body of receiver of optical radiation with thermal link. Output of the temperature sensor is connected to analog input of the second transformer “voltage-current”. Respective information outputs of the second transformer “voltage-current” are connected to inputs of the second parallel port of processor same to that of information outputs of the first transformer :”voltage-current”/ Input and output of control of the second transformer “voltage-current” are connected to outputs of fourth programmable flags of the processor.
