PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron-based metallic glass alloy powder which has further improved corrosion resistance of conventional alloy powders composed of iron-based metallic glass alloys.SOLUTION: An iron-based metallic glass alloy contains a base composition consisting of an iron-based metal element group based on Fe, a metalloid element group consisting of Si, B, P and C and a small amount of a super cooling degree improving element group consisting of at least one of Nb and Mo. The iron-based metallic glass alloy is obtained by adding corrosion resistance modification ingredients to the base composition. The iron-based metallic glass alloy powder obtained has excellent corrosion resistance, magnetic characteristics and insulation properties. |
