<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid which does not have an environmental risk when disposing a used container, is a laminate not using an aluminum foil which allows an examination of a product with a metal detector, and has a dead-holding ability and resealability, and also to provide a container using the lid. <P>SOLUTION: A lid 5 is constructed by laminating an upper sheet having a plastic film and paper base material, and a lower sheet having a plastic film and a sealant layer. The lid 5 has: an opening tab 6 formed in the outer peripheral edge of the lid; a peeling tab 7 for peeling a part of the lid; a belt-shaped peeling layer 17 formed between the upper sheet and the lower sheet and for defining a peelable portion and a non-peelable portion; and a cutting line 9 formed in the upper sheet, where a cut line 20 corresponding the peeling layer portion which continues from the peeling tab 7 is punched. The peeling tab of a container using the lid is pulled to peel off the belt-shaped portion of the upper sheet along the cutting line. The lid is partially peeled and opened while being held at the opening tab, and the lid is held in the state where the lid is bent in a concave portion of the upper sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
