PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel supply device continuously and automatically feeding solid fuel such as wood chips to a combustion device with a rational and simple structure.SOLUTION: A solid fuel supply device includes a pair of grip members 1, 1, upper stood parts 10, 10 stood on the grip members 1, 1, a grip member holding part 15 which holds the grip members 1, 1 in a free opening/closing state, an elevation wire 18 operable to elevate the grip parts 1, 1, an elevation motor 36 paying off and taking up the elevation wire, an operation wire 16 operable to open and close the grip members 1, 1, the operation motor 35 paying off and taking up the operation wire 16, a suspension base 30 with a restriction part 20, a movement driving device 50 for the suspension base 30, a moving guide part 60, and driving control means of driving the elevation motor 36 and operation motor 35. |
