PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which inhibits the demagnetization of magnets and reduces the emission of an impurity gas in an environment atmosphere where the motor is used.SOLUTION: A motor 1 includes: a motor stator 30; a motor housing 20 and a flange member 24 that form a housing; a motor rotor 40; a bearing device 14; an airtight sealing member 60; an air intake port 61H; and an exhaust port 68. The airtight sealing member 60 hermetically seals so that a gas in a space where the motor stator 30 is disposed does not circulate into a space where the motor rotor 40 is disposed. The air intake port 61H draws a gas a1 ventilated on at least parts of surfaces of the magnets 42. |
