PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contribution control device which hardly causes tiredness due to SNS.SOLUTION: A contribution control device comprises: a time zone measurement part 10 for measuring a use time zone being a time zone which plural users use own terminals, for every user; a first time zone determination part 30 for determining whether or not, a contribution time of a comment which a user has contributed to another user, is included in any of time zones obtained by dividing the use time zone; a storage part 40 for associating the comment with the time zone which the time zone determination part has determined and storing the comment; a second time zone determination part 50 for detecting use start of the own terminal of the other user, and determining the time zone including a time when the other user has started to use the own terminal, with reference to the determination result of the first time zone determination part 30; and a display candidate sending part 60 for acquiring a comment included in the same time zone which is same to the time zone determined by the second time zone determination part 50 from the storage part 40, and then sending the comment to the own terminal of the other user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
