PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance support system and program, which, when guiding a user, allow for displaying a camera-captured image from a user's terminal on an operator's terminal, having conversation between an operator and the user, outputting voice for people around the user, and providing appropriate and safe guidance.SOLUTION: When guiding a user, a voice guidance support system displays camera-captured image data from a user's terminal 1 on an operator's terminal 3, sends voice input for the user, if any, as voice data for the user to the user's terminal via a center server, and sends voice input for people around the user, if any, as voice data for external use to the user's terminal via the center server. The user's terminal acoustically outputs the received voice data for the user to a voice input/output device, and externally outputs the received voice data for external use in acoustic form via a voice external output unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
