PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: the cost of manufacturing a transflective liquid crystal display device with a reflection electrode and a transparent electrode is high because two resist masks are used.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode and a reflection electrode which serve as pixel electrodes are stacked. A resist pattern including a thick region and a thin region thinner than the thick region is formed using a light-exposure mask having a semi-transparent part on the reflection electrode. With the use of the resist pattern, the reflection electrode and the transparent electrode are formed. Thus, the reflection electrode and the transparent electrode can be formed using one resist mask.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
