FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training for staging boxing blows and other impact sports. Method of staging blow of boxer, including relaxation of hand by suspending hand wrist relative to arm of boxer and application of direct impact with relaxed hand on target, characterised by that instant compression at moment of contact of target and relaxation of fists after contact with target is additionally carried out with blows from below and lateral blows.EFFECT: complex training of staging blows by means of proposed solution allows to accelerate processes of mastering skills on application of different blows - straight, side and from below - thereby increasing impact force.1 cl, 3 dwg |
