A TV with a remote controller is provided to have a charge terminal connected to the internal power of a mounting member so that the remote controller is charged. A mounting member for keeping in a remote controller(200) is formed at a side of a TV. A step jaw(210) is formed at the remote controller. A support member(112) is engaged with the step jaw and supports the remote controller. The secondary battery is preferably received at an arbitrary place of a case of the remote controller and the charging electrode is exposed to the outside of the remote controller case. A charging terminal corresponding to the charging electrode is formed at a side of the mounting member.
