A plasma display panel is provided to smoothly connect an electrode with a terminal unit by using a stacked electrode having a ring structure. A plasma display panel comprises a first substrate(10), a second substrate(20), a phosphor layer(31), a first electrode(41), a second electrode(42), and a plurality of terminal units. The second substrate is bonded to the first substrate according to a sealing line which is formed in edges of the overlapping region between the first and the second substrate. The phosphor layer is formed in the discharge space. The first electrode surrounds at least a portion of a discharge space(30) and is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second electrode is arranged as a vertical direction of the first and the second substrate from the first electrode and surrounds at least a portion of a discharge space. The plurality of terminal units are formed the edges of at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate.
